At Handcrafted by Hemangini, we create kundan jewellery, beaded jewellery, mangalsutras, unique earrings, and more. Each piece is handcrafted with love and attention to detail.

2. Do you take custom orders?

Yes! We accept customized jewellery orders based on your preferences. Feel free to contact us with your requirements, and we’ll create something special just for you.

3. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website www.handcraftedbyhemangini.in. Simply select your favorite jewellery, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other secure online payment methods.

We do not accept COD.

5. How long does shipping take?

• Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
• Delivery within India takes 5-7 business days.
• International orders (if applicable) take 7-15 business days.
  Shipping times may vary depending on location and courier services.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to track your package.

7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We take utmost care in packaging, but in case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange an exchange or replace.

8. Do you accept returns?

Since each jewellery piece is handcrafted, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide exchanges for damaged or incorrect products. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping. Charges and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

10. How do I take care of my jewellery?

To maintain the shine and longevity of your jewellery:

• Store it in a dry, airtight box.
• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
• Clean gently with a soft cloth after use.
